Privacy Policy

Effective April 29, 2026

Stackdeck is a price-comparison and shopping tool for trading-card-game players. We aggregate publicly available listings on eBay (and reference pricing from other marketplaces) to help users find the cheapest available cards on their decklist. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

From visitors to this site: we don't currently collect any personally identifiable information from people browsing stackdeck.co. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs basic request metadata (IP address, user agent) for fraud and operational purposes per GitHub's privacy policy.

From users of the Stackdeck app (when launched):

2. Information we don't collect

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't track you across the web. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on the landing page.

3. Third parties we use

We don't transmit your decklists, email, or any account data to these services. We only consume publicly available data from them.

4. Marketplace account deletion

If you delete your eBay account, eBay sends a notification to our compliance webhook. Because we don't store any eBay user PII (we hold only OAuth refresh tokens, which become invalid the moment your eBay account is deleted), there's no user data to remove on our side. We acknowledge the notification per eBay's marketplace deletion requirements.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@stackdeck.co with the account email and we'll process it within 30 days.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the effective date at the top. Continued use of Stackdeck after a change constitutes acceptance.
